This is the Public Market, or Merkado, in Banaybanay, Davao Oriental Province. Banaybanay is famous for growing premium rice, something in high demand here in the Philippines. When I visited this area, this public market was almost brand new, somewhat still under construction.

San Francisco
This is the Municipal Building, or Munisipyo of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. San Francisco is a small town, but a nice little place to visit!
Lake Mainit
This is Lake Mainit, in Agusan del Norte Province. It’s a very large lake, and quite beautiful too. Init means “hot” in the local language, Bisaya, but I don’t think that the temperature of the lake is any hotter than it should be!
Buda Beauty
This photo shows the luscious green beauty of Buda. Buda is a Barangay which sits right on the border of Bukidnon Province and Davao City. Green hills, a few buildings. This is pure peace and beauty!
Port of Ozamiz
This is the Port of Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental. I’ve ridden a few ferries out of this port, and it’s usually a long wait, if you are driving! Big crowds of people pass through this port.
Pagadian Seaport
It’s a little quiet at the Pagadian Citiy Sea Port when this photo was taken, but it’s still a beautiful view! Pagadian City is in Zamboanga del Sur.
